Nature of job: footings for two detached buildings and a bridge in residential setting. Protection of significant trees and established garden were important factors.
Project completed early 2010
“Our client’s brief to us was to construct two detached buildings and a bridge across a creek which separated the building site from the main house and street access.
This meant site access for large machines, equipment and construction trades was only available through the adjacent public park.
Council was very particular about access through the park and would only allow us a limited number of trips within a tight time frame.
ANCHORPILE provided us with a timely and very cost effective solution to our Footings requirements.
We were able to complete our footings piles in two days and with only two accesses through the park.
This work would have normally taken six days with a more traditional approach and would have been significantly costlier.
We have been impressed by ANCHORPILE’S careful and professional approach to their work and have no hesitation in recommending their services to others.”

‘I am please to address our appreciation for the professional and high quality work performed by ANCHORPILE Company, in regard to the Screw piling installation and the construction of the concrete slab for Murray Bridge River Vessel Waste Disposal Station land-base structure.
That work was performed in a professional and timely manner, which Mr. Bernie Holding himself supervised on a daily basis.
We are happy to recommend ANCHORPILE for any future work as it arises by DWLBC.’

Nature of job: house foundation for a filled site.
'I was impressed with ANCHORPILE's commitment to the job; they turned up when they said they would, worked to a time frame which was important to me given I am juggling other trades, and there were significant cost savings.'
'I‘d say it was great service, great quality and this was for a difficult building site (This was a filled site, and there were also trees close by).’ ‘I’d happily recommend ANCHORPILE to anyone needing a quality foundation.’
