Anchorpile system for construction of bridge and structure showing building on screw piles These 6 photos show a screw pile project completed by Anchorpile during Nov/Dec 2010. The screw piles were used in the construction of a concrete footbridge at Strathalbyn. Screw piles were used for numerous reasons, namely: site was sloping & very difficult; it is adjacent to water and there was also a risk of collapsing soil.   Image 1 Image 2 Image 3 Image 4 Image 5 Image 6   Project undertaken early 2010, in Eastern Suburbs SA showing use of Anchorpile system for construction of bridge and also small building structure in garden setting. Restricted access, the need to sit lightly in the landscape, the presence of significant trees, were all features of this project.
