Examples of commercial projects       Footings and/or foundations for commercial projects   A screw pile and void former foundation for community housing project, CBD, Adelaide, SA The client for this project selected Anchorpile for our experience in the design and construction of screw pile foundations on reactive soils and where there is a heritage listed building adjacent to the site for the new community housing. The use of the screw pile slab foundation system means the adjacent wall (refer to the photos) is not impacted or undermined by the new footing.
