Environmental – the screw pile foundation system has less impact on the environment –less disruptive to the soil and surrounds, using less materials especially concrete; no or minimal excavation, no or minimal dumping of waste materials; less equipment needed than for conventional foundations.

ANCHORPILE is delighted also to have a working relationship with one of South Australia’s most highly regarded and experienced geotechnical engineers, Dr Peter Mitchell, who has recently completed an upgrade of his SLOG software; this software enables engineers to more easily and effective undertake calculations associated with the preparation of technical drawings for foundation and footings in accordance with the specific soil reports and site conditions of each building site.
